Started with the hiring manager call. Then did a written assignment after which 3 follow up round were scheduled. Two of the rounds were on the same day and the third was on the following day. The two interviews were mostly behavioral and the written assignment. I showed up to the third interview call. Waited 5 minutes, sent an email to the interviewer letting him know I was waiting only to get an automated email saying the interview was canceled and that I was rejected. 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. They clearly don't value a candidate's time. Imagine if a candidate did that to a company. I'm glad I didn't get the job. Probably would've been miserable and left after a year.

I applied online and went through an extensive interview process that spanned 8 weeks. The process included multiple stages: -HR Interview -Hiring Manager Interview -Writing Assignment: This assignment required a significant time commitment, approximately 50 hours to complete. -Interview about the Submitted Assignment -Behavioral Interview with a Senior Team Member -Behavioral Interview with a Senior Team Member -Case Study/Problem-Solving Interview with a Team Member The final round was with a high-level executive overseeing a department. Unfortunately, this round was not as positive as the previous ones. The executive was delayed for our call and during the brief conversation, asked a couple of high-level questions about my background and my reasons for wanting to join the company. After a few days of anticipation, I received feedback that I wasn't deemed a fit for the role based on my last conversation. This experience was quite interesting and disappointing at the same time, considering all I went through over a 2-month period, only to be rejected after a brief screening call at the end. It's worth noting that I had read similar experiences from other candidates here, but I thought it wouldn't happen to me. If you possess experience in developing strong business cases and a good knowledge of AI, along with a resume that includes some prominent organizations, you might find it easier to navigate the interview process. However, it's important to understand that even if you successfully pass all the interviews, the final decision still rests with a high-level executive and whether you match their target criteria for the role.
