The recruiter i spoke with seemed very nice and professional. She asked standard interview questions. It was a phone screen and she stated that there would be a followup onsite interview the following week once she checked all the appropriate schedules. I didnt hear anything for four weeks. So i emailed and asked the status. To which she replied “well how much international experience do you have?” I replied in email with my answers. And I havent heard anything since and it has been over 3 months. The company completely ghosted me.
