I approached Bilot by unsolicited application in the end of October. I got a 10-minute phone call from HR in the end of November (mainly asking my skills with Hybris). Skype call with the manager and HR was scheduled in a week. The Skype call was only 30 minutes and I felt that I was the one who was asking the questions. They basically just wanted to know my interests in the future roles. At the end I told that I wanted to think about this opportunity. HR told me the same and promised to offer their response very soon. It's been almost 2 weeks now and no call or mail from them...
