The interview experience was somewhat disappointing. It felt like the interviewers were not fully prepared, as there were very few questions asked and limited engagement throughout the session.
There also appeared to be a mismatch in expectations. The job description, what was communicated by HR, and what was discussed during the interview were not fully aligned, which made it unclear what the role actually entails.
Additionally, while the role is positioned at an executive level, I have approximately 3 years of directly relevant administrative experience, along with 4 years in roles that involved transferable skills such as operations, coordination, and handling sensitive information. This expectation could have been clarified earlier to better align both sides and avoid unnecessary time spent.
