Interview process was easy. Updates from this employer are extremely bad. After first interview they promised to come back to me in 1 week but they didn’t. Emailed for an update and then I’ve been invited for another interview. Again, promised that they are going to take a decision day after. I was waiting for more than a week, emailed to ask for an update but HR never emailed me back. Texted to the IT manager on LinkedIn as I was really interested in this role. IT manager said that they hired someone else and apologised that nobody informed me. Also he promised that he will come back to me with feedback and for a quick chat but again - never heard from them again. Considering that I was travelling from far for these interviews, I think I deserve a little bit of respect. Hope people will never treat you as you treat them. Happy new year!
