Community support has been front and center for our teams this quarter. In Sarasota, the division partnered with 84 Lumber to support No Child Hungry, packaging 24,000+ meals that will go directly to children who need them most. And members of our Jacksonville team recently volunteered with Feeding Northeast Florida, assembling 960 food boxes for local families and individuals facing food insecurity.

Taylor Morrison has been named to Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies list for 2026. We’ve earned this recognition before, but being included again reflects the progress made over time and the reputation built by our team members. The list is informed by feedback from more than 3,000 executives, directors and analysts, who evaluate companies within their own industries across nine criteria, including quality of management and products, investment value, social responsibility and the ability to attract talent.
Marking a milestone for the 11th consecutive year, we earned the title of America's Most Trusted® Home Builder by Lifestory Research, the longest-running record in the award’s history. Taylor Morrison’s 2026 Net Trust Score represented our highest year-over-year increase in Net Trust Scores, from 110.1 in 2025 to 115.7 present day. “In homebuilding, where you’re guiding a consumer through the most important purchase of a lifetime, there simply isn’t a metric more important than trust,” said our Chairman and CEO, Sheryl Palmer.
For the fourth consecutive year, Taylor Morrison has been named one of America’s Most Responsible Companies by Newsweek. We achieved our highest corporate responsibility score in the governance category and continued to improve in the environmental category—reinforcing our commitment to building a more sustainable future.
Superintendent Chey Winrow captured this touching moment: the young daughter of these future homeowners wanted to celebrate her birthday by giving snacks and cold drinks to the crew building her family’s home. “A very generous way to celebrate," Sacramento Community Sales Manager Brooke Golson submitted alongside the photo. We couldn't agree more!
Our summer internship program was recognized in Vault's 2026 Internship Rankings across multiple categories, including Best for Women (No. 1) and Construction (Top 5). In the last year alone, our teams have secured 12 national awards from publications known for their recognition programs, including Fortune, Forbes and Newsweek. These accolades spotlight our commitment to environmental initiatives and social governance, as well as our workplace culture. Thank you to our team members who make these wins possible!
Nestled in northeast Phoenix, our newly underway masterplan, Verdin, is a bold step forward in sustainable development. Verdin will be our first fully National Wildlife Federation (NWF) certified community in Phoenix. That means every front yard will support native wildlife and desert-friendly landscaping. The result is a cohesive, water-conscious community that blends beautifully into the desert. And we can’t forget the butterfly gardens. There will be several throughout the neighborhood, adding color and life to the landscape. Take a look below at the Sandpiper model from our Verdin Odyssey collection.
Our first homeowner closing is officially in the books at The Ranch at Uptown Celina. This vibrant community will feature 1,046 homesites across four distinct product lines—40, 55, 6 and 70—with half of the homes built by Taylor Morrison and the other half by Toll Brothers. The first closing, which took place on Oct. 2, marks a meaningful moment for our team, and especially for the Dallas division.
Did you know the No. 1 movie in the world right now used a Taylor Morrison community for filming? "One Battle After Another" released this weekend and is already topping charts, and we like to think our homes had something to do with it. The Sacramento team welcomed the filming crew to our Folsom Ranch community last year and donated all location fees to HomeAid Sacramento, supporting their mission to end homelessness.
