This week, the People Matters #TechHRSG Conference 2025 at Marina Bay Sands Singapore. Helen Snowball, Chief People Officer of PropertyGuru Group had the opportunity to share the stage with fellow leaders for an insightful discussion on "Fair Pay". PropertyGuru Group today announced a change of CEO and the appointment of a new Board of Directors. After a decade of successful leadership and significant accomplishments, Hari V Krishnan has decided to pursue new interests and step down as CEO of the Group. Hari has played a central role in transforming PropertyGuru from a start-up into Southeast Asia’s leading PropTech company and has been instrumental in achieving significant milestones, including building a clear market leadership position in Southeast Asia. Lewis Ng will join as CEO of PropertyGuru in March 2025. He is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience across Asia and the technology industry and Lewis has held leadership roles at global brands like Apple, TripAdvisor, and Southeast Asia’s unicorns Carousell and PropertyGuru. During his nearly six years at PropertyGuru, Lewis served as Managing Director of Singapore and Chief Business Officer for the Group, driving growth and fostering a customer-centric culture. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer at SEEK Asia , he transformed the region’s leading job marketplace into a best-in-class career platform. In addition, Trevor Mather has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Trevor brings a wealth of experience in scaling marketplace businesses, having previously served as CEO of Auto Trader and is currently Chairman of Baltic Classifieds Group Plc.
