Salina thought it was just a part-time job. Panda saw a future leader. "From the beginning, my leaders saw potential in me long before I saw it in myself, and they were committed to helping me grow. It wasn’t criticism; it was care. Here are some of the highlights from my journey: 🎓 Earned my bachelor’s and master’s in psychology. 🚀 Promoted to Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. 🚗 Bought a second car and working toward buying my first home." 👉 Click here to apply or refer to Panda: https://lnkd.in/dWmRGEh hashtag#PandaProud hashtag#CareerGrowth hashtag#CareerOpening *The above Story is from a real associate and shares their personal experience. In celebration of Veterans Day, our Panda community came together for “Honoring Service and Inspiring Leadership,” a meaningful conversation led by facilitator Billy To, CRFP, featuring panelists Andrew Munoz, Josh Hartman, and Robert Burgess, LTC(R), PMP. We were honored to welcome Dr. Tyshawn Jenkins, DBA, from the Wounded Warrior Project, who shared his powerful story of resilience, from overcoming personal tragedy and military challenges to becoming a leader and advocate for veterans. Dr. Jenkins reminded us of the importance of community, authentic leadership, and supporting mental wellness through empathy and belonging. Our panelists shared their own experiences of transitioning from military to civilian life, emphasizing the leadership values of “Mission First, People Always,” that deeply align with Panda’s culture of Belonging, Community, and Growth. A heartfelt thank you to all our veterans for your service, and to everyone who joined us in learning, reflecting, and honoring those who lead with courage both in and out of uniform. #VeteransDay #Leadership #WoundedWarriorProject
