This week we want to share a career story! Josefine started as a Junior Sales Manager in August 2014. "I came straight from the University. Since then I have taken three big steps further; to Sales Manager, Sales Team Manager, and now the Country Sales Manager of Sweden. I don't measure my success by comparing myself with my peers, I set my own goals and push my own limits. Many things and people have supported me along the way, making it possible for me to develop and grow. But the main reason behind it was the strong will to develop myself and be the best that I can be, every day. When I started I didn't sell the most and was not the best in the group, but I could book the most meetings and run faster. My strength has been my hunger and activity - I was building and hunting, and it reflected everything I did to be better. "
