Innovation at Immanuel starts with people and mission-driven ideas. Immanuel's Doors to the Future innovation grant program empowers team members to bring forward bold ideas that elevate the experience of those we serve. These ideas took center stage at our Spark Tank live pitch event, inspired by the TV series "Shark Tank." Team members pitched unique ways to improve the quality of lives in Immanuel's communities and centers.
Immanuel leaders gathered for our annual Leadership Summit, creating space to learn, grow, and collaborate with one another. This year’s theme, From Ripples to Waves: Leadership in Motion, was brought to life by speakers including Omaha Mayor John Ewing Jr. Together, we explored how even the smallest moments can create a lasting impact.
