Today we celebrate World Day for Cultural Diversity 2024. The initiative raises awareness about the importance of promoting cultural diversity and celebrates the various forms of cultural expression around the world – also in the workplace. Research suggests that diverse teams are more effective, make better decisions and lead to a better company performance and thus are a valuable asset for organizations. At Freudenberg, 148 nationalities are represented and more than 50 different languages are spoken – and we value each and every voice! With our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we implemented several initiatives, such as a cross-cultural women’s network and learning opportunities. With these initiatives, we foster our own organizational evolution to set the right frame and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and heard. #innovatingtogether #culture #diversity #employees
