emnify, the leader in cloud-native IoT connectivity solutions, announced its expansion in Latin America. Latin America’s IoT market is poised for significant growth and innovation, and emnify’s initial launch in the region less than a year ago, in Brazil, underscored the importance of leveraging new opportunities as the region explores the increasing potential of connected technologies. Since the service launch in Brazil in August 2023, the company has exceeded its sales expectations and enhanced its local team to meet the demands of the growing number of businesses in the country. Driven by these promising results, the company announces Carlos Campos as Vice President of Sales for Latin America, adding to his current position as Managing Director for Brazil. Campos has more than 25 years’ experience in global technology and telecom organizations such as Unisys, Xerox, Lumen Technologies, Arqia/Datora, and DXC and will contribute to this expansion in Latin America as part of emnify’s strategy to grow its operations in the region and consolidate itself as one of the main business drivers in the telecommunications market.
In any tech landscape, those who innovate first tend to shape the trajectory for everyone else. Since 2014, emnify’s innovative spirit has consistently redefined the benchmarks in IoT. But why does this matter? Because every “first” we achieve translates directly into enhanced capabilities and opportunities for our customers. Our introduction of cloud-native connectivity and no-code integrations are testament to our commitment to deliver the best in cloud-native IoT connectivity for modern businesses. Our innovations are, at their core, about empowering our customers.
A word from our CEO, Frank Stoecker. IoT isn’t just another iteration of consumer technology. Traditional IoT connectivity providers tend to repurpose and retrofit networks built for consumer devices such as cellphones, but a critical fact is overlooked: IoT devices are not consumer devices. IoT devices are machines that typically only interact with other machines, and they have technical and operational challenges that today’s connectivity plans simply can’t address. Modern IoT businesses need more, which is why my co-founders and I made the decision in 2014 to apply a first principles approach to build a completely new, cloud-native IoT solution from the ground up. emnify is driving cloud transformation, offering an entirely distinctive, customer-focused experience.
