Recruited worked as middle man between myself and Osmose for a direct hire position. Required to send in a resume and fill out application after an interview was requested. Interview was painless. Two person management panel, friendly yet professional, giving the impression of a pleasant place to work. Pretty standard questions and format. Description of the job, salary, benefits, so on and so forth. Interviewers stressed the need for speed and accuracy to handle the volume of work required by the position, necessary but can strike some as off-putting. All communication thereafter took place through recruiter.
