The process consisted of a general screening and company information session, then an interview with the department directors, and finally a "meet the team" interview where I spoke with my potential coworkers. The whole process took about a month. I did not get offered the position but that was not what made me frustrated with the process. I got a generic job rejection template from an HR rep and not a word from the directors I had been in direct contact with for weeks. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question their supposed "values" if they can't give someone a moment of their time once they are done using them.
