$45K to $55K annually; performance & retention bonus in addition to pay

Qualifications & requirements include the following:

• Must own your own truck for transporting pool equipment and chemicals.
• Must have smart phone.
• Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior pool cleaning and maintenance experience required.
• Integrity and character (teachability, reliability, hard-working and commitment.)
• Good communication skills: must be able to communicate verbally and written with customers, supervisor, and team members. (Background in customer service preferred.)
• Ability to keep detailed log of tasks performed, chemical readings, repair recommendations, etc.
• Track chemicals, parts, and other inventory accurately.
• Maintain professional appearance following company guidelines.
• Fast learner with ability to work overtime if necessary.
• Pass initial and random drug screenings
• Background check devoid of felonies such as theft, fraud, larceny

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
