Network Platform Manager
Locations: Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane
Salary:$250k base + bonus + benefits + super
We’re looking for an experienced Network Platform Manager to lead a large, globally distributed network team and drive outcomes across both BAU operations and major projects.
This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who knows how to set direction, deliver at scale, and keep platforms running smoothly—without needing to be hands-on.
Lead and manage a national team of ~40, and delivery partners
Own the network platform lifecycle: plan, deliver, maintain, and run
Drive outcomes across BAU and project workstreams in an agile environment
Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business
Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure network services for a large enterprise
Build strong team culture, capability, and performance
Get things done — remove blockers, prioritise effectively, and deliver results
Proven experience leading large network teams in complex, enterprise environments
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Cisco-oriented network background (architecture, platforms, strategy)
Experience managing vendors and delivery partners
Outcome-focused mindset — you plan well, execute confidently, and follow through
Comfortable operating at a managerial and strategic level, not hands-on technical work
Background in large organisations with mature governance and delivery models
High-impact leadership role with real influence
Competitive executive-level package
Opportunity to lead at scale and shape a critical enterprise platform
Clear performance targets and rewards tied to delivery
If you’re a network leader who knows how to balance people, platforms, and delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
