About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to support organisations navigating complex commercial, regulatory, and operational environments. This role blends management consulting, program advisory, and strategic delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytical, strategic, and implementation outcomes. You will contribute across a range of engagements, including strategy development, program delivery, regulatory readiness, and organisational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Strategy Delivery
- Delivering consulting engagements across business strategy, operational performance, and organisational effectiveness
- Developing business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
- Producing implementation roadmaps and supporting execution of transformation initiatives
Analysis & Insights
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including capability reviews and gap assessments
- Translating complex data into clear reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
Program & Project Support
- Supporting program and project leadership in planning, mobilisation, and delivery.
- Assisting with project management activities, milestones, and reporting
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and manage expectations
- Building strong relationships to support successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
Risk, Governance & Regulatory Advisory
- Supporting clients with risk management, governance, and regulatory preparedness
- Analysing emerging regulatory obligations and operational impacts
Business Development & Internal Capability
- Contributing to proposals, tenders, and business development activities.
- Supporting the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and tools
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, economics, engineering, finance, law, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in management consulting, advisory, or professional services.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into practical recommendations
- Experience producing client-ready reports, business cases, and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment
Desirable
- Experience in program/project delivery or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Exposure to regulatory, risk, or governance advisory
- Experience in professional services or consulting firms
