      Good work atmosphere (the hybris spirit), nice colleagues, transparent management, good salaries, flexible working hours, good training and development opportunities. Employees are encouraged to voice and implement their ideas.

      While being part of SAP has brought some benefits (e.g. more training and development opportunities, good benefits) it has also made the working life more process oriented. The fast-moving environment may also mean what you do today is not what you will be doing tomorrow, i.e. not a company for those averse to change.
