Flexible working hours and remote work options provide convenience and adaptability. Good food and meal options offered at the office.

Unfortunately, my experience at Wire has been disappointing. There appears to be a lack of fairness and consistency in how opportunities are distributed. One particular team continues to grow and receive support, while other teams see little to no investment or development. Leadership has also shifted over time. Many roles that should provide guidance and vision function more as managerial positions, with limited strategic leadership or advocacy for employees. There is a strong perception of favoritism within the organization, where personal relationships with senior leadership seem to influence hiring, promotions, and decision-making. This creates an environment where merit and performance are not always the primary factors for growth. Overall, the lack of inclusive leadership and equal opportunity makes it difficult for many employees to feel valued or motivated to stay long term.

A good office location in the heart of Berlin

1. Very poor working environment. Specially some people are racist and does not respect people from different nationality. Just an advice to HR please take some action against such employees 2. No innovation no brain to be used.It is a demand supply company. Customers demand they supply. 3. Good employees leave the company as soon as they realize this is not the right place to work. 4. No responsibility from people teams regarding onboarding, monthly performance, Expedition.etc. 5. Managers are just to deploy work. Lack of leadership roles in guiding the tasks.(hence a lot of people leave every month) 6. It's a loop every month 5 people leave on average and 5 new a been taken. No feed back is been taken about the past experiences. 7. Management is really lacking 8. Never feels like a family as everyone here is to earn and no one considers it as a long term goal to be part of the organization as it is poorly managed. 9. If the candidates are not well deserving. Please don't hire them a suggestion to the team. 10. Had a bad experience with the manager as he decided to terminate the contract without any notice. 11. A lack of communication between the own team. 12. If you are considering joining at the start of your career. Please i suggest don't do it as there is no patience by mangers as no time is given to learn new things.
