Thanks a lot for taking the time to write a review, we really value all of our current and former Stuwies' feedback.
It's great to hear nice things about our people and the office environment :)
With the recent hypergrowth we have experienced in the past few years, we are indeed not a startup anymore, but a scaleup. We however keep our startup spirit and remain flexible enough to keep thinking out of the parcel and adapting our ways of working to the future of logistics.
We define very clear goals leveraging the OKR's framework. Each department and team is contributing to our main strategic pillars (growth, people, sustainability) through company OKR’s to make sure we're all aligned as a team. While growing we are slightly adapting our priorities to test key market opportunities and fulfill our ambition, without losing sight of our North Star.
