Pros
SI treats all employees with trust and respect. You can choose how you want to work, and the benefits are great. It’s an ethical company that reflects about its projects and impact on the company/HR landscape. There is a constant drive for self-improvement, great colleagues, and the fact that anyone in the company can make a big difference (if they so choose). The work atmosphere is ambitious but not stressful, and employees take care of each other (e.g. when someone is sick or otherwise unavailable).
Kontras
The team is quite small, and there’s not a lot of different roles to try out, or "career steps" to achieve. That being said, personal development is taken very seriously, and employees are encouraged to spend time and money on learning initiatives.
