- toxic leadership and bro culture - feedback used as controlling mechanism - no wlb as lead in engineering - „kill the messenger“, only good messages attitude - manger behaved aggressively and threatened when I put in my resignation - work on weekend promoted and forced company events (questions like „why do you like MongoDB?“) IC level seemed okay-ish, leadership was toxic. It’s sad because it could have been a very good job and was made unnecessary unhealthy and pressuring.
