Are the several spread-out narcissistic and passive aggressive behaviors from management worth your health? Here's only some of the cons: - company is pressuring swisss employees (even top performers) into leaving so they can hire back in cheaper contries (or not at all) - most teams and departments are burned out due to company-wide unprofessional behaviors (especially from higher levels and management). Several people were layed off and several more willingly left, and preferred be jobless than staying - overall very bad level of management, who were just technical people who got promoted into managing jobs, and now just blindly follow the COO instructions (same as for HR) - some people's jobs is to monitor every colleagues office movements and habits (even of top performers), due to pathological insecurities pushed down by the COO - this company is not meritocratical and will not care about your performances, they will care more about controlling people, even if that will make you bring less value to the company
