- managers leave teachers with lots of admin work - often left without resources to do my work, so a lot of compensation work required - leadership is evasive and there’s no open discourse culture - people are laid off and hired in a chaotic manner, no HR that actually knows labour law, often pushing the “we are a family” and then using a lot of toxic tricks to push people out
