I applied to Ferrari Central Europe GmbH for a position that fully matched – and in many aspects exceeded – my professional experience and qualifications. After submitting my application, I received only an automated confirmation stating that my profile would be reviewed and I would be contacted if found suitable. After that, nothing happened. Even after several weeks and months, there was no further response. In today's world, where recruitment processes are handled entirely electronically, it is simply disrespectful not to provide any kind of feedback. Applicants invest time, effort, and genuine interest when applying. A short response would be the least sign of appreciation. This experience reflects a disappointing lack of professionalism and communication culture. I can only advise others not to waste their time applying here.
