The company was bought by indian company called Cyient. It felt weird that there seemed to be no local HR personeel but were all from India. I mean, how would you do the business this way? They have no idea what is going on in the site. The worst part is that they do in indian style: They want to give you the lowest, or even unrealistic salary ! They can always find cheaper engineer, so they are ready to kick you out. Also the way they treat people was quite informal. I think it all stems from indian business culture. Even for an interviewee, for that short moment it was so clear that I would have trouble dealing with management here.
