It started with a good feeling during the interview. From onboarding to induction up to "everyday work" - all in all there is a great atmosphere that lets you settle in really quick. This ist also made very easy for you by the superiors and colleagues. You really have the feeling that you've been working there for a long time - which I is very positive. From day one on there is trust, work on eye level and always communication from CEO and all the others.
