Not the best address to build your career. If you are young, well-educated, ambitious and want to join Covestro hoping for the development and career possibilities, in my opinion, Covestro is not the best address. Without proper connections you run the risk to stay at low-profile job for years. Most likely you will be "underemployed" and bored after some time without any development. I would not recommend to waste your time in hopes that "the next time it will be you" while applying internally for promotion.
