Complexio, for me, is a workplace where you are welcome to contribute in many different ways. There is always a lot of work which needs to be addressed. I see that as an opportunity to grow personally. It is definitely a demanding but also very rewarding work environment. You should be used to pull work rather than waiting for a manager to tell you what to do if you consider working at Complexio. Another plus point is at Complexio you are working at the frontier of applied AI in industry. A company where you constantly working on the edge of whats applied in industry and known in academia. I love this mix of potential, the unknown and the opportunities it brings. It will require a lot of learning and a fast adaptive mind.
