Our mission to democratise coaching globally requires more than just great intentions. It depends on building a culture rooted in ownership, impact, growth, collaboration and trust. In recent years, we have made intentional changes to create a more performance-driven and meritocratic environment, particularly in our Sales organisation. This has included evolving leadership, setting clearer expectations, and holding ourselves accountable to higher standards.
We know this kind of culture is not the right fit for everyone, and we fully respect that. But it is essential for us to reach more customers, drive meaningful adoption, and ultimately scale the impact of coaching worldwide.
To support this, we use tools like Peakon and FaceUp to ensure every employee can share honest feedback, safely and anonymously. These insights directly inform how we lead, improve and grow as a business. Through regular town halls and transparent communication around OKRs and strategy, we keep teams aligned and focused on what matters most.
We also invest deeply in the growth and wellbeing of our people. Every permanent employee has access to their own professional coach, along with 24/7 support from Aimy, our AI-powered coaching companion. This ensures that everyone can learn, reflect and develop in real time, on their own terms.
