Great people with an amazing team spirit. Everyone shares the same ethos and is very dedicated and mission-driven, and there is a true sense of purpose in the work carried out to help organisations facilitate genuine positive change in their environmental strategies for the future.

Poor management team that do not provide full transparency of their roadmap. Processes across teams are often very chaotic and uncoordinated, which often leads to significant extra time and effort invested due to the lack of understanding for certain tasks. Additionally, from a financial/compensation point-of-view, there is little to no reward or recognition for employees who have given so much time and effort throughout their years of service, regardless of the increased seniority and responsibilities they take on during their role progression.
