Hi former Panda — It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with us, the culture we’ve built together and felt well rewarded for your hard work. Understandably, we know that the recent news of our decision to scale down our organisation came as a shock to many. Unfortunately, the current market situation was impossible for us to fully predict, resulting in us having to move fast to make this difficult decision to ensure that we remain a financially healthy company, no matter how long the markets take to recover. However, working alongside our fantastic Pandas, we’re sure the culture here will continue to thrive, and we’re incredibly excited to keep building Europe’s leading investment platform with them.
