Wonderful Staff, Clients and Mission of the Program

Very unorganized no focus, does not follow mission and value statement of organization. Full-time employee NEVER get a rise, management have meeting to state all that is wrong with employee strategies, management asks employees for suggestions and feedback; but management never follows through on anything so employees hesitate to contribute any information because the retaliation from Management is a layoff or fired, therefore behind Mangement's back employees talk about the disappointment and discust with Management. The reason everyone stays including myself untill completing the contract, was all staff are really passionate in what we do and believe in the clients possiblilities. Very sad that Management has no clue of what the reality is for the employees or clients.
