Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn. Extremely fast paced environment. Result oriented. Talents are recognized and valued to a better than average level. Some great visionaries at the top like the CEO, CPMO etc. Everyone in the top management is really approachable. Pay is better compared to the other companies in the city. Great place to learn, contribute and get better as a professional if you are someone who wants to build and grow your career and spend your 10%. This company has been a great chapter in my career in terms of growth in the company, growth as a professional, financial growth. I have also learnt a lot with the organization. A company to join if you are ready to work hard and smart and be creative, result oriented and goal oriented.

Really strict with work timings. A place which is full of gossips which doesn't have any control. Teams wanted solutions earlier, which has gone to an approach where it's putting the blame on someone rather than solving it. Recently seen a lot of politics which is spoiling the system and demoralizing the employees. Top level management are kept away from the actual scenario whatever is happening by the middle level management and some in the middle level management are conveying wrong information to the top for their own personal benefits and games. People in the system who are creating fake glass door accounts of the employees who left the organization and leaving bad review about the company. Just one word to those and the one who created a fake profile misrepresenting my identity, at least get the designation correct. And show some backbone to stand for yourself and not post others reviews. You are also spoiling any positive relationship the employee who left the organization has with the company.

You work from home and it’s 100% remote

This is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Communication is absolutely terrible, and management thrives on micromanaging instead of actually supporting employees. There is zero respect for boundaries, availability, or basic professionalism. Target managers retaliate when you don’t bend over backward to accommodate unreasonable demands. If you say you can’t work a specific day, instead of respecting that, they guilt-trip you and make insulting assumptions like “I don’t think you’re busy those days, you just don’t want to work.” That is not only unprofessional, it’s disrespectful and demoralizing. Leadership creates a hostile atmosphere where employees feel pressured, undervalued, and constantly watched. Instead of solving problems, they blame workers and create unnecessary tension. There is no accountability at the management level, only favoritism and power-tripping. If you value your mental health, work-life balance, and basic human respect, I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. No job is worth being treated like this. Not to mention I’m the hurricane parking the director said that during a hurricane the Florida team would have to be in the parking lot even if officer state they have to move we have to tell the officers we have permission to be there mid hurricane and in the meeting some of the team memebers were looking forward for a hurricane to happen
