      Excellent training, good commitment to Health and Safety, Good support. Approachable management which are open to new ideas and ways of working.

      Working on behalf of local authorities with small timescales on fault rectification, but this can be rewarding and challenging.

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within
