Organisatorisch ist die Gelegenheit in diesem Start-up sehr spannend mit einer Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, verschiedene Hüte zu tragen. Noch wichtiger ist, dass jede Rolle in dieser Phase äußerst wichtig ist und jede Person die Chance hat, ihrer Rolle und/oder der Organisation als Ganzes einen sinnvollen Mehrwert zu verleihen.

Wie bei jedem Start-up können Prozesse fehlen oder in der Entwicklung sein, aber das ist zu erwarten. Wenn Sie nicht in einem Umfeld ohne Struktur gedeihen, ist diese Organisation (zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt) möglicherweise nicht gut für Sie geeignet. Almost every good senior leader left within the last year. -Lack of clear strategy. The start-up has been around since 2018 - since then they've completely shifted product focus, have churned a ton of the logos you see on the website, and have barely experienced any revenue growth (rev might even be declining). -Some misleading claims about company size - they are much smaller than they claim on Linkedin with fake profiles that were used to make them seem more legitimate than they are. This company is bare bones. -Lack of personal responsibility and compassion: Layoffs right before the holidays with almost no severance due to poor internal decisions at the top. We were lied to about the financial health of the company. No one that has remained has the relevant experience that would point to long term success of the company.
