Pros

Some opportunity to progress (occasionally) You can try your best to support people who need it. Some good people who genuinely care but run into the ground.

Kontras

Clear prioritisation of profit over care. No therapeutic direction. Newly merged company and the centralisation of operations is chaotic. Staffing / recruitment is non-functional. Lack of senior leadership. Pay not good enough considering the above. 12 hour shifts Feel unsafe at work and this is poorly addressed. All talk of quality and values etc is all talk no action. Poor Diversity Equality & Inclusion recognition/policy
