Pros

The technology of the Zio XT monitor is great. The documentation and studies are fabulous.

Kontras

Not organized. Zio AT live time monitor is awful and these are placed on super sick patients. Crowded marketplace. Competition has horrible alternatives but are smart in their business model. They go into their OR places and do a package deal with using their cardiac OR equipment and specialist at a deep discount but they then have to use their patient monitors. Doctors and C-Suite directors are jumping on this project. It's smart. Can't or it very difficult to fight that battle

Pros

Great company culture. Innovative and forward-thinking company. Wonderful staff from co-workers to senior leadership. BY FAR the best onboarding experience I have ever had. Worked on the payer side of healthcare revenue cycle for 15 years - the jump was scary but I could not be more happy.

Pros

The perks and benefits are good enough to keep you happy but the allure of it quickly fades.

Kontras

The managers are used more as supervisors and are overburdened by duties instead of being able to delegate. The culture amongst the teams can be tolerable and throughout the bulk of techs is passable at best but there is no true community or consideration for well-being even though senior leadership want to force that narrative. We are used as kindling for fire as audits pass through and then they become much more restrictive on workplace professionalism. In fact, this company is not meant for career growth or learning. A lot of the leadership have been inbred and stuck around for too many years allowing for loyalty and favoritism to decide who gets opportunities and who stays. High performers beware you will quickly be burned out of here because they will want to keep in your lane and push you back into your role. Education and capabilities are not recognized, and brown-nosing is very much the way to expand in the company. At best get some experience and then move to a different culture better for your mental health.
