Work from home, and the pay is OK for the work required

It is not a place for growth or learning. Working from home is a bonus, but also leads to siloing of staff from meeting colleagues, learning from others, learning for future advancement, or building any work relationships other than your training team. Overall, I do not feel anyone but the Supervisors likes their job here, and most just stay due to not finding something better because of the economy.
