No Cons to describe. Everything is going well.

Life work balance, full time hours, and options for OT as needed. Ability to move up fairly quickly, Managers and Team Leads are very helpful and are always looking out for you. At any time I have had an issue, or a concern, I have been able to reach out to Eshaa, my E teams Representative and have it addressed and resolved.

Turnover seems to be high. Project dates are not communicated regularly and have had to confirm my contract terms several times with e teams but this is because the client would send requests for my laptop and I had just started in a new position. Other then that, everything has been great.
