- no one actually knows anything here including the supervisors if you're in the client services department
-if you're not best friends with the higher ups/managers, you probably won't get promoted (people who got promoted were not promoted based on merit) eMoney has a lot of favoritism here and it shows
-seem to praise diversity and inclusion but are the furthest thing from it
-you will get a warning if you take more than 12 mins of "bathroom break" via client services team
-the managers/supervisors say they care but they actually don't, you voice your opinion and nothing ever happens (they hear what you say but are they actually listening?)
-you will be overworked and get hit with back to back calls an no time to actually take a step back & breathe
-hard to reach KPIs put into place - you will be very micromanaged for everything you do
-I'm sure the other departments in the company are better to work for but I would HIGHLY suggest not working in the client services department - you will not be appreciated or respected for your hard work
