- Opportunity for growth and learning beyond job scope.

- No clear process flow. Tasks coming in with no clear direction of ownership. Information do sometimes stuck only on management circle and operation team ended up with little to no detailed information. - Office politic between management that affect others. - Structure is changing every now and then, leaving no room to have a clear goals. - At times, workload can be too much.
