These guys called me on 3 separate occasions for a big role, had me talk to a number of their most senior people and never got back to me on the status of my candidacy. They did this on 3 separate occasions. Another example of an aggressive company with no regard for how they appear to candidates or to the technology community. Stay away, there are better jobs and companies

1. No operational infrastructure--telephones do not work, internet goes down continuously, no accounting system 2. No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
