All this happens when TL is always coming late to office and leaving early. 3. VISA STATUS - They take advantage of your visa status and always keep you scared that they can fire you any time. 4. MENTAL TORTURE - Some Team Leads have become Master of mental torture. They always play mind games and try to belittle you in front of other LEADS/Managers/CEO and new/Junior team members. 5.EGO - Team leads are egoistic as they cannot hear NO from employee. You better do what you have been asked otherwise your days are limited in company. 6. FAVORITISM - If you have the ability to gossip and say YES to everything your Lead says then congratulations - you do not have to work hard for promotion and higher bonus and higher increment. 7.RAISE - They won't give you the money you deserve if you are not part of inner circle aka FAVOURITE.
