The problems here are genuinely hard and you are trusted to own them end-to-end. If you like building things that go to production and are used by real enterprise customers, this is a great place to be. I’ve personally seen features around various domain go from idea to production with real customer impact, which is very motivating.

If you’re hungry for growth, ownership, and real responsibility, there aren’t really any cons here.
