As an early-stage startup, cove is full of opportunity. It's mission is to support individuals in pursing life's passions, which reinvigorates your excitement for work, and the company does the same for its employees. The main reason I joined cove is I knew I'd be able to be a creative and critical thinker and really add value. Two years and some change later, I still know that to be true.

It is a startup, so there is a lot of work to do. The hours can be long, but fortunately everyone on the team is so invested and truly believes in what we are building that it's worth it in the end. It becomes more of a work-life integration, which is what the workforce is turning toward anyway. Personally, I like it! There's no retirement plan, but hey, it's a startup.
