I was told in the interview that I would only have to make calls 1 hour a day, but in actuality I'm making calls the whole shift calling the same list 10 times. Also, to be honest I had spectrum prior to working here and my service was better and I have 1gb through altafiber and I had 100 mb through. My Internet is constantly buffering, I never had that issue. Pricing is to high. Extremely boring to be honest. I dread going in daily.
