Be careful of this cunning company. Dont trust them based on their verbal words during interview as they will not keep their words once you start working with them. INSIST on key employment terms such as working days, hours/ off in lieu etc to be written in BLACK AND WHITE inside employment contract as they will not write inside employment contract for working days/hours. Working days and time is verbally said. They will take advantage of you to recall you back to work on some weekends which was not informed during interview and they don't give you back off in lieu or overtime pay for your weekend work. They don't have a proper probation period so you wont know also if you are being confirmed after 3 months
