Experience teaching at Zayed University - English Instructor bei Zayed University: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There was very poor communication between management and faculty/staff. Years ago, there were regular, (monthly), town hall meetings which provided a positive opportunity for management to communicate with faculty/staff and to let faculty know about decision making that was on the horizon. In my last two years of employment, (up to 2021), those meetings decreased to once a semester, and even then the interaction with faculty was almost non-existent.
