I was very underpaid for a long time, I wasn't aware how bad it was, which is my fault for not researching or asking my peers but my managers would have know i was way below the median and way way below what new hires were being paid. They never said anything, I just kep getting 1 to 2% every year and was told that was all there was, despite always being given goon feedback.
